This Extra Large and Thick Cutting Board is affectionately known as "The Tailgater."  The surface measures 25 by 17 by 1.5 inches and it weighs 18 to 20 pounds depending on the hardwood selection.  It was made specifically with meat chopping and carving in mind and has a juice groove to collect any run off.  It also has bronze colored iron handles for easy transporting from the grill or smoker to the counter or table.  Whether beef, pork, or poultry, this board can handle it!  It is one manly beast of a chopping board that any grill master or tailgater enthusiast would love to own!  It would also be perfect for family fajita night with all the fixings available on the board and in one spot. 
 
As pictured, "The Tailgater" is handcrafted from thick walnut hardwood.  The wood is naturally dark with lighter grain variations that range from gold to dark brown.  The closer the cut is to the heart of the wood, the darker the grain.  This chopping board is also offered in Cherry and Maple hardwoods which are also durable and attractive, each with different tones and distinctive wood grain.  A photo of all available hardwood options for this board is included above.  The handle style can be viewed in a close-up photo also included above.
 
This Chopping Board can be engraved with one of our "Complimentary" engraving styles at no additional charge.  Those styles are shown in the last photo for this listing and cannot be "mixed and matched".  The engraving size can be smaller but not larger than twelve (12) inches.  When prompted during checkout, please provide shop owner with the specific information needed for personalizing.  (For example: Name, Established Date, etc.) 
 
Buyers may also request an additional engraving, dedication, or customization of this serving board by selecting “Custom Engraving” at check out.  There is a $30 upcharge for custom graphics.  Custom text info should be entered in the space provided.  Custom images to be engraved should be sent in .jpg, .png, or .pdf formats.
   
Prior to shipping, each board is lovingly finished with our Sun Kissed Cordial to bring out its distinctive grain.  Sun Kissed Cordial is our proprietary blend of food grade natural emollients specifically designed to moisturize, protect, and maintain natural wood products.  No stain, polyurethane, or petroleum bi-product is used on our natural hardwood cutting/serving boards.

All cutting/serving boards are one of a kind, each with its own distinct wood grain, markings, and imperfections that are common to natural materials.  Sun Kissed Laser Designs endeavors to create and deliver a superior quality product; however, please be aware that environmental factors such as humidity and temperature may cause some warping or cupping.  Pieces are fragile and should be handled with care to prevent breakage.
